IDERA Dashboard version 4.8.3 implemented a restriction prohibiting Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) to avoid vulnerabilities and enhance security. This release adds a Content Security Policy (CSP) filter that enforces restrictions on script execution, ensuring that only authorized scripts get executed in the application.

  • SQLCORE-5524 Encrypted passwords longer than 128 characters used to get cropped after a service restart; now the maximum length allowed is 255 characters.
  • SQLCORE-5577 SQLDM alerts and data are now shown when connected to IDERA Dashboard from outside the server and through a VPN.
  • SQLCORE-5523 Users who are part of a group are now able to see SQLDM data in the Details View and Alerts tabs.
