You can easily and quickly install SQL Doctor on any computer that meets or exceeds the following hardware, software, and permissions requirements.

Consider the following requirements when installing SQL Doctor in a typical environment:

OLE Automation Enabled		By default, SQL Doctor uses WMI to collect data for the analysis. However, you can choose to use OLE automation instead. For more information, see SQL Doctor and OLE automation.
Permissions		SQL Doctor requires that the Windows account or SQL login used to connect to the analyzed SQL Server instance has `sysadmin` privileges on this instance.
