The SQL Server status view allows you to review detailed information regarding Databases and Virtual Databases registered with SQL Safe.
When you select All Databases, you can view information about a group of SQL Server instances, a single instance, or a database. Those views display the backup, restore, and virtual database Group, Instance, and Database views display backup and restore details and operation status for all SQL Server instances registered with SQL Safe, as well as at-a-glance summaries of important administrative information. You can re-run any previous backup operation from these views. To re-run a backup, right-click the appropriate operation, and then select Back Up Backup Again (executes backup using previous settings) or Back Up Backup with Different Options (opens the Backup wizard). You can also quickly restore or perform an object level recovery of backup files associated with a specific operation. Or just simply mount a virtual database. |
When you select Virtual Databases Only, you can view information about a group of SQL Server instances, or a single instance. Those views display the virtual database operation status for all SQL Server instances whose databases were mounted as a Virtual Database with SQL Safe, as well as at-a-glance summaries of important administrative information.

You can mount again any previous virtual database from these views. Right-click the appropriate operation, and then select Mount Virtual Database Again (mounts the virtual database using previous settings) or Mount Virtual Database with Different Options (opens the Virtual Database wizard). To manage your SQL Server instances, click Servers in the navigation pane, and then click the appropriate view (All Databases or Virtual Database Only), and select your node in the Servers tree.

On the Instance view, you can find the following information:
- The Instance Informationinstance information.
