The Database Report Access tab of the Login Properties window allows you to specify access on each Repository database. Use limit user access to specific reports. Use this tab if your environment requires permissions settings that tightly control database accessreport access by limiting user access to only be able to see the selected reports. For example, you can deny access to the Repository databases Configuration Reports by default, but grant a specific login access to a those specific Repository databaseReports.
Select the Reports As an Administrator select the Login on which you want to set permissions, and then select the appropriate report permissions for that user.
Your selections are applied along with any default permissions you set when you registered the corresponding SQL Server instance..
