Alerts
The Forecast alert generates a report as expected, but SQL Diagnostic Manager does not show other predictions along with the percentage values.
When a job exceeds the time limit, the Alert on long-running job raises. If the job is stopped, completed, or canceled the alert is deactivated.
Deadlock Alert Notification does not work as expected since it is not possible to configure it.
Blocking alerts are not working as expected.
When SQL Diagnostic Manager exports an alert response and imports it to another server, the SMTP action item and the recipient access are not imported.
Performance
Extended event sessions use more resources than expected, impacting other servers.
Notifications
After applying the recommendations of the Recommendations are Available alert and refreshing the alerts view, SQL Diagnostic Manager keeps showing this alert.
Database
The dbo.DatabaseFiles only shows the Drive Letter in the DriveName column, hiding the mount point.
Reports
SQL Diagnostic Manager cannot get data and alert for Report block when Enabled Blocking is enabled in Activity monitor.
DM Console
After upgrading SQLDM to version 12.3, the Tags column is no longer visible on the list view of the All Server page.
Reports
The stepping forward and backward feature shows the latest performed action on the Reports tab.

Known issues in version 12.2
IDERA Dashboard
Installing or upgrading to SQL Diagnostic Manager 12.2 unregisters SQLDM from the IDERA Dashboard. To register your environment again, do it manually.
DM Console
SQL Diagnostic Manager 12.2 requires .NET 4.8. If .NET 4.8 is not installed, an upgrade may require a server reboot to install it.

Application Security
Selecting viewable instances for a user in Application Security may generate an error.
License
The available license count in the Manage Servers dialog may display zero instances available, this is only a UI issue. Instance counts continue to be enforced based on the license key(s).
Custom Counters
An error may be generated when editing Custom Counters while using the new SQLDM 12.0 architectureQuery History displays the queries in Statement mode with SPID.
Add Servers
To prevent difficulties when adding instances to the correct SQLDM installation, first, select the installation where you want to add your instance, then select go to All Servers 〉Manage > Manage Servers and follow the usual steps. To verify you are in the correct SQL installation, check the name of the database installation located next to the title bar of the product on the top of the screen.

To avoid applying the license key in a clustered installation to the wrong SQLDM installation, first, click the root node in the tree to successfully apply the license.

The friendly name assigned to an instance through PowerShell is not being automatically refreshed and is not being displayed in the Desktop Console UI. Right-click All Servers in the tree pane and select Refresh to manually refresh the instances information and visualize the assigned friendly name.
