The Instances tab tab of the Import Wizard lists the SQL Servers referenced from your imported policies.

| This page in the Import Policy wizard will be skipped if all of the instances contained in the policy to be imported are already registered in the SQL Safe Console. |
Choose to Register or Skip instances that are not currently registered in SQL Safe Backup. Select one or more instances, then click the Register Selected or Skip Selected options at the bottom of the wizard.
When you select to Register the instance, the Register SQL Servers wizard opens populating the instance name automatically.
Use the 
filter arrow to order the listed instances by name and action.
Review the Affected Policies in any of the instances. Click on the number listed under the Affected Policies column for each instance and a window appears with a list of all affected policies in the instance. Click on the 
information icon to view the policy settings.
The progress bar at the bottom shows the registered, skipped, and pending instances and the total number of instances.
Once you register the missing instances, click click NEXT to to review the import details.
