The SQL Licensing by Server view shows an organized hierarchical view of your managed servers and instances and information that allows you to determine your SQL Server licensing requirements. This view contains two different levels of information:

Host server
A host server that contains your managed instances. The following information is available: Host, SQL Server Version (Only the highest available version is listed), Edition, CPU Name, # Of Sockets, #Of Logical Processors, #Of Cores, Core Factor, Possible Core Licenses.
