  • IDERA Dashboard upgrade for users with SQL Diagnostic Manager 10.0.2 installed.

 

Issues have been detected on SQL DM 10.0.2 installations, after the IDERA Dashboard is upgraded with the BI 2.1 installer.

  • SQL BI Manager 2.1 installer cannot upgrade the IDERA Dashboard in DM 9.0 installations, causing the BI Manager 2.1 installation to fail.

The suggested workarounds are as follows:

 

    • Upgrade SQL Diagnostic Manager to version 9.1 before install.

    • Install BI Manager 2.1 on a separate dashboard.

    • Upgrade the current dashboard to version 2.1.1 before install..

1.5 Known issues

Upgrade

  • SQL BI Manager 1.0 users must upgrade to 1.1 before attempting to upgrade to 1.5.
