Follow these instructions to setup cloud environment for SQL Defrag to test on Azure and AWS EC2:
- Create Virtual Machines in same virtual network and network security group
- While creating a VM, create a virtual network and specify the virtual network for the virtual machine
- Edit windows firewalls to create an inbound rule to allow traffic on port 1433
