SQL Safe provides you with CLI commands to help you unmount a virtual database.

To unmount a virtual database use the following command that helps you to delete a virtual database:

  •  SQLsafeCmd UnmountVDB <db_name> [options]

<db_name>Name of the database.

-InstanceName <name>

<name> - SQL server instance name.

Note: it is not required if the instance is set as a default on the target server.
