When you create new alerts, you can also define the following additional options for your alert:

• Include alert error text in - choose this option when you want to include the error text in these options: Email, Pager, Net send. 
• Additional notification message to send - if you want to add an additional text in your message, type what you want to include in the respective box.
• Delay between responses - use this option to define the number of minutes and/or seconds you want to wait before sending an alert.  Keep in mind that some events may occur during a short period of time and you may not want to get an alert every time the event occurs. When you specify a delay time, the alert will be sent after the specified time.
