The IDERA Dashboard runs with Java SE Runtime Environment 7.

To manually update the Java SE Runtime Environment on a machine where you installed the IDERA Dashboard, follow the steps below:

• Download JRE patch 80 tar.gz file
• Extract the zip using unzip tools such as 7zip etc
• The extracted jre folder will contain bin and lib folder along with other individual files
• Copy all the contents of the extracted file
• Open Services window and stop IderaDashboardCoreServices and
• IderaDashboardWebApplicationServices
• Navigate to "C:\Program Files\Idera\Dashboard\WebApplication\JRE"
• Paste the copied contents here in the JRE folder. On prompt to replace files. Click yes copy and
• replace files.
• Open services window and start IderaDashboardCoreServices and
• IderaDashboardWebApplicationServices
