Precise 10.0 includes enhancements to enable monitoring SQL Server instances using TLS 1.2 protocol without the need to enable FIPS.

Prerequisite:

The default driver SQL Server Native Client 11.0 must exist on the monitoring instance, Precise for SQL Server Focal Point, and Precise for SQL Server PMDB machines.

When monitoring TLS 1.2-enabled SQL Server instances, the corresponding PMDB instance must use TLS 1.2 and vice versa.
