In the Settings tab of the Backup policy wizard, you can specify which credentials SQL Safe uses to connect to SQL Server instances, which ones to access Windows configuration data of host computers, and which ones for file access. 

In this tab, you can find the following sections:

• Access instances As - By default, this option is set to use the registered SQL Server account to connect to instances. If you want to use another account for this policy, you have to specify the respective username and password of this account. 
• Access WMI account As - By default, this option is set to use the registered WMI account to connect to instances' host computers. If you want to use another account for this policy, you have to specify the respective username and password of this account. 
• Access File As - You can use the default SQL Safe Management Service account for file access or specify another account with its respective username and password. Additionally, in this section you can select the following options:
  • Upgrade all SQL Safe Backup Agents - select this option if you want SQL Safe, through this policy, to automatically upgrade SQL Backup Agents to the latest available version. 
  • Retry to connect to instance when connection failed - select this option when you want SQL Safe to retry connecting to instances when the connection fails.
  • Overwrite the existing jobs - use this option when you want to overwrite any existing jobs. 

After defining your setting in this tab, click Next to review the details of your policy.
