The most common cause of this error is a problem with the Default User set up.
- Check that the Default User (DFTUSR) has been properly specified using the Web Administrator
- Check that the user profile being used with Default User exists.
- Check that the password provided for the Default User is correct.
- Test that the user profile and password are correct by using them to sign on to the Server.
