To assign an owner using the SQLDM Console, follow t= hese steps:
When you assign an owner to a server, the IDERA Newsfeed = Platform automatically configures this user to fol= low the selected instance, ensuring them to easily and quickly acces= s the server status updates from the Most Recent f= eed. The platform also updates the server p= rofile to include the owner's contact information. After these updat= es are complete, the SQLDM Mobile and Newsfeed Service sends a notification= email to the previous owner stating that the ownership has changed.
