Partition Initialization imports Groups, Frameworks, System Fields and Component primitives. It also ensures that the execution environment is initialized to be able to build objects for the partition. For example, if the DEM partition is being initialized, the directories are created under x_win95\x_lansa\x_dem

This option is required to be executed once, when a partition is first created.
