Hiding a Table
To hide a single table in the diagram:
Right-click on the table header and select Table>Hide table check box.

There are different styles available for hiding tables. The default style is Not displayed, i.e the table disappears from view. It is however possible to hide a table by simply displaying the table as grayed out. To select a hidden style, navigate to Tools>Settings>Category>Diagram>Entity and select the Hidden style from the drop-down list. Refer to Diagram - Entity Settings for details. |
To hide multiple tables in the diagram
- Select from the diagram toolbar.
- From the Manage hidden tables dialog, select the checkboxes for the tables you want to hide and click OK.
Displaying a Hidden Table
To redisplay a table in the diagram:
If the table is simply grayed out, then right-click on the header part of the table and choose Table, and clear the Hide table checkbox.
If the table is hidden completely or you want to display multiple tables:
- Select from the diagram toolbar or right-click in the diagram space and select Table>Manage hidden tables.
- From the Manage hidden tables dialog, clear the checkboxes for the tables you want to display in the diagram and click OK.
