In addition, SQLDM supports

monitoring images hosted on virtualized or cloud IaaS environments with SQL Server installed, such as

SQL Server on

:

  • Azure virtual machines
and
  • Amazon EC2. Monitoring
  • Google Compute Engine

Monitoring a virtualized instance requires no cloud-specific configuration.
