There are different styles available for hiding tables. The default style is Not displayed, i.e the table disappears from view. It is however possible to hide a table by simply displaying the table as grayed out. To select a hidden style, navigate to Tools>Settings>Category>Diagram>Entity and select the Hidden style from the drop-down list. Refer to Diagram - Entity Settings for details.

  1. Select from the diagram toolbar.
  2. From the Manage hidden tables dialog, select the checkboxes for the tables you want to hide and click OK.

If the table is simply grayed out, then right-click on the header part of the table and choose Table, and clear the Hide table checkbox.

If the table is hidden completely or you want to display multiple tables:

  1. Select  from the diagram toolbar or right-click in the diagram space and select Table>Manage hidden tables.
  2. From the Manage hidden tables dialog, clear the checkboxes for the tables you want to display in the diagram and click OK.
