If you encounter this issue, simply put pstat64 in place of pstat within the /opt/SPYNuptm/bin or /opt/uptime-agent/bin directory with all of the same permissions and ownership as the previous file.

The error message returned during the perfparse.sh cpu routine will include includes a message about not being able to find /or execute pstat64 with the kernel in 64-bit mode. Example
