If you encounter this issue, run the following command on the HMC:

If the Managed Server managed server name contains spaces, rename it to remove all spaces.

To rename a Managed Server:managed server

  1. Log in Login to the HMC.
  2. Choose Select the corresponding server from the the Servers list.
  3. Select Advanced System Management (ASM).
  4. Login Log in to ASM.
  5. Expand the System Configuration option.
  6. From the left menu, select System Name.
  7. Change the Name name, and then save your changes.
