A Boolean property that determines if the theme passed to std_style is styleに引き渡すテーマが'' or かまたは'none'. If evaluated to be True, a backwards compatible theme is applied so that the layout and weblets will be consistent with existing applications prior to V12 SP1. If False, no theme will be applied, as External Resources are now the method used to apply themes.
