Due The Scheduler Installation wizard can automatically upgrade the Scheduler Integration Scripts when the Upgrade Integration scripts option is selected. If due to specific environmental customizations users may have made to modified these scripts, deselect the Upgrade Integration scripts option so they are not upgraded automatically, instead you need to can extract them from the installation folder and review and merge the changes to your existing scripts as required.
