This view displays a hierarchical view for all the physical or virtual host servers with instances registered on SQL Inventory Managersection displays physical and virtual Host Servers details for managed instances. The following information is available for host serversHost Servers: Physical Server name, Type, O/S, Model, CPU Name,  # Of Sockets, #Of Logical Processors, #Of Cores,  Disk Capacity, Free Space, and  whether they are clustered or not. 

You can click the headers of these columns to order your information; for example, click # Of Sockets to order all your instances according to the number of sockets.

Instance status

The IDERA SQL Inventory Manager list of managed instances displays all your environment's registered instances together with their status, SQL Server versions, editions, number and size of their databases, owners, locations and whether the instances are clustered. 

You can click the headers of these columns to order your information; for example, click # of DBs to order all your instances according to the number of databases.

Tip

You can set the number of instances you want SQL Inventory Manager to show per page. Go to the Display option at the bottom of the page, type the number you require, and then press Enter.

To view all the managed instances on host expand click on Image Added next to the host name.

  • View Details
  • Edit Instance Properties
  • Edit Tags
  • Export
  • Refresh Data
