You can enable SQL Defrag Manager to send Email alert notifications regarding fragmentation. To access the Default Email Configuration window, click Email Configuration on the SQL Defrag Mmanager command menu of the SQL Defrag Manager Console. To display the command menu, click the SQL Defrag Manager icon in the top left corner of the SQL Defrag Manager Console, as shown in the following figure.

If you enable email Email alert notifications, you can configure how the email appears in your Inbox.

Default Email Information

Enter the default address where all email alert notifications are sentone or more Email addresses to send alert notifications to.

You must specify the Address of your mail server so that SQL Defrag Manager can send email notifications. If your SMTP server requires authentication, you must type the valid User Name and Password necessary for SQL Defrag Manager to access the mail server.
