If you enable Email alert notifications, you can configure how the email appears in your Inbox.

AddressSMTP Server Configuration

Enter the address and the port number of your SMTP server. Check the box Select if you would like want to send email messages with Email using HTML formatting.

Logon Information

If Select if your server requires authentication to send email Email messages , and enter a valid user name User Name and password Password.

Sender Information

Enter the name and email Email address you want to appear in the From field of the email Email alert notifications.

Default Email Information

Enter one or more Email addresses to send alert notifications to. Click To  to select from a list of already registered Email addresses available for the selected SMTP Server.

You must specify the Address of your mail server so that SQL Defrag Manager can send email notifications. If your SMTP server requires authentication, you must type the valid User Name and Password necessary for SQL Defrag Manager to access the mail server.
