  1. Open the Windows Failover Cluster Management application named cluadmin.msc.
  2. Right-click on Services and Applications, and then select Configure a Service or Application.
  3. On the Select Service or Application window, click Generic Service, and then click Next.
  4. On the Select Service window, click SQL Safe Management Service, and then click  Next.
  5. On the Client Access Point window, type or select the IP address and network name that you want to use to access the SQL Safe Management Service, and then click Next.
  6. On the Select Storage window, click Next.
  7. On the Replicate Registry Settings window, click Add.
  8. In the root registry field, type the following text: Software\Idera\SQL Safe\Management Service
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click Next.
  11. On the Confirmation window, click Next.
  12. On the Summary window, click Finish.
  13. Right-click on Services and Applications, and then select Configure a Service or Application.
  14. On the Select Service or Application window, click Generic Service, and then click Next.
  15. On the Select Service window, click SQL Safe Collection Service, and then click  Next.
  16. On the Client Access Point window, type or select the IP address and network name that you want to use to access the SQL Safe Management Service, and then click Next.
  17. On the Select Storage window, click Next.
  18. On the Replicate Registry Settings window, clickNext.
  19. On the Confirmation window, click Next.
  20. On the Summary window, click Finish.
  21. Right-click on Services and Applications, and then select Configure a Service or Application.
  22. On the Select Service or Application window, click Generic Service, and then click Next.
  23. On the Select Service window, click SQL Safe Rest Service, and then click  Next.
  24. On the Client Access Point window, type or select the IP address and network name that you want to use to access the SQL Safe Management Service, and then click Next.
  25. On the Select Storage window, click Next.
  26. On the Replicate Registry Settings window, click Add.
  27. In the root registry field, type the following text: Software\Idera\SQLSafeRestService
  28. Click OK.
  29. Click Next.
  30. On the Confirmation window, click Next.
  31. On the Summary window, click Finish.
  32. Once you register the SQL Safe services as a Generic Resource, right-click each of the new Generic Service Resource, and then select Bring this resource online. Your SQL Safe Management Service is now configured for cluster failover.
