To export and send by email...:
- Right-click on your existing model version or right-click in the diagram for the model-version and select Export> Export to 3D XML and send by email.
- If there are no contacts, the No contacts stored dialog is displayed. Click OK to add contacts.

- On the the Email contacts dialog, click REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Common_Icons/addqueryicon.png
to Add contact.
REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Models/Exporting and Sending by Email_1.png
- Enter Enter Name and Email address of your contact and click OK.
REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Models/Exporting and Sending by Email_2.png
- Click Click OK once the required email contacts have been added.
- From the Select email address dialog, select the required required To and Cc email addresses and click OK.

- The diagram will be exported and sent by email to the selected email recipients.
