IconOpacity プロパティは、ラジオ ボタンの背景との相互作用の観点からラジオ ボタンの外観を示します。

省略値は 100 で、完全に不透明です。背景はまったく見えません。 

値が減少するにつれ、アイコンを通して背景がより見えるようになります。値が 0 の場合、アイコンは完全に透明になり、背景のみが見えます。 The IconOpacity property denotes the appearance of the RadioButton in terms of its interaction with the background.
The default is 100; entirely opaque. No background will be visible at all.
As the value decreases, more and more of the background will become visible through the RadioButton. When the value is 0 the icon will be entirely transparent and only the background will be visible.
