CreateBlobメソッドはBase64エンコーディングの文字列をLANSAのBlob変数に変換します。
MimeTypeパラメータは以下のような標準のMimeTypeセットから値を指定する必要があります。 The CreateBlob method converts a Base64 encoded string in to a LANSA Blob variable.
The MimeType parameter requires any value from the standardized set of MimeTypes e.g.
image/jpeg
application/pdf
text/plain
