The new screen styles are biased towards using Google Material Design (GMD) style - {+}https://m3.material.io/guidelines/+Image Modified

  • Small and medium devices always use the GMD style.
  • Large devices may also use GMD by adding &Material=Y to their URL, but by default, they will continue to use the current Microsoft Desktop style.

GMD style is different to from the Windows desktop style. For example, it has no toolbar, even on a desktop:
