The Run command, or Image Removed Image Added toolbar icon, allows you to run an existing LANSA Client query immediately, without modifying it.

When you select this command, you are presented with the Execute Query dialog box so that you can select the query you wish to run.

If you select to run a query that is defined as Output to Report or Output to Printer, the query will be changed to Output to File, as Output to Report and Output to Printer are no longer supported, and the query will not be run. You will need to save the query for the new Output Type to be remembered. You can then run the query using the run command.

If you wish to modify a query before running it, select the 8.2.2 Open command instead of this command.
