LCE260 - Group, Summary and Sort Options
1. From the toolbar select the Options menu and then choose the Summary Options… command.
Alternatively, you could select the 
Set the summary options icon from the toolbar.
2. Define the following Summary options:

As you are still in the results window, your query will refresh automatically. Note

| Note: You will not see the summary results for your groups, because you have not yet applied the summary options to your grouped fields. You will see summary totals at the bottom of your query. |
3. Click the OK button to continue.
4. Try using the Expand and Collapse and expand options.
