Page History
Files uploaded from the Web to the Server are placed in a temporary staging directory. The application that handles the upload gets the file path and has the responsibility to remove it once it is handled appropriately. If the application fails to do so (by omission or because it finds an error) files may remain in the temporary directory. To clean up web uploads use the *UPLOADCLEAR option.
- On Windows, the Clean Up Program command line is:
w3_p2200 *UPLOADCLEAR
and on IBM i, the command is:
CALL PGM(W3@P2200) PARM('*UPLOADCLEAR')
- You can use arguments *UPLOADCLEAR with other options in the same Clean Up:
On Windows, the Clean Up Program command line is:
w3_p2200 *UPLOADCLEAR *WAMCLEAR
and on IBM i, the command is:
CALL PGM(W3@P2200) PARM('UPLOADCLEAR' '*WAMCLEAR')
