The Advanced Query Wait Statistics Configuration window allows you to filter out applications, databases, SQL text from the Query Waits Statistics collection, and exclude specific SQL Diagnostic Manager queries as well as limit the number of rows to be collected at a time. Filtering allows you to improve the results you see in the Query Waits view and reduce the impact of the Query Wait trace on your server.
