*If you didn't set the Listener up to start manually during the install, when you change the Listener's port number then you'll need to Stop then Start the listener. If it's set to manual start, then you don't need to Stop the listener before Starting it. However, ifitif it's set to start manually, you'll need to start it every time you want to use it. You can change it to automatic through Windows Services.
