In Find the SQLDM desktop console, the History Browser control can modify a specific Start date and Time as well as a current snapshot. You can find this option under the calendar displayed History Browser Range access in the Web Console, in the History Browser .

This new feature is available in the SQLDM desktop console and SQLDM web console.

Follow these steps to configure the History Browser Range:

  1. In the desktop console, click History Browser.
  2. Under the calendar select the option Select History Range.
  3. The History Browser Range window opens.
  4. Select the range from the drop down list scale, these options are the following:
  5. Click the Server name displayed in the left side list.
  6. In the Overview tab, click History Browser. The History Browser displays in the right side of this view.
  7. Click Select History Range displayed under the calendar.
  8. A dialog box opens. Select the range you want in the Scale drop down menu, you can select 4 Weeks, 5 Days, 1 Day, 8 hours, 6 Hours, 4 hours, 2 Hours, 1 Hourhour, 30 minutes, 15 Minutes or minutes, and Custom.
  9. When you select Custom you can modify the Start Date and the End Date, and click OK. When you select any other Scale option the Start and End date are set by defaultselecting Custom, the user needs to select a Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
  10. Click OK.
