You can enable SQL Defrag Manager to send Email alert notifications regarding fragmentation. To access the Default Email Configuration window, click Email Configuration on the SQL Defrag Mmanager Manager command menu of the SQL Defrag Manager Console. To display the command menu, click the SQL Defrag Manager icon in the top left corner of the SQL Defrag Manager Console, as shown in the following figure.image:

If you enable email Email alert notifications, you can configure how the email Email appears in your Inbox.

SMTP Server Configuration

Enter the address and the port number of your SMTP server. Check the box Select if you would like want to send email messages with Email using HTML formatting or not.

Logon Information

If Select if your server requires authentication to send email Email messages , and enter a valid user name User Name and password Password.

Sender Information

Enter the name and email Email address you want to appear in the From field of the email Email alert notifications.

Default Email Information

Enter the default address where all email alert notifications are sent.

You must specify the Address of your mail server so that SQL Defrag Manager can send email notifications. If your SMTP server requires authentication, you must type the valid User Name and Password necessary for SQL Defrag Manager to access the mail server.
