Based on the criteria defined in your Event Filters, IDERA SQL Compliance Manager excludes events from your audit data stream. You can exclude events based on the event type (category), the SQL Server instance or database object affected by the event, or the software application or SQL Server login that initiated the event. For more information, see How Event Filters workWorks.
By changing the filter criteria, you can change the type of audit data that is excluded. You can also copy an existing Alert Rule and use it as a template to create a new rule.
