SQL Compliance Manager does not process trace files generated by an older Agent after upgrading versions of the Collection Server and the Agent.

SQL Compliance Manager fails to install if user name has special characters 

SQL Compliance Manager fails to install due to an error setting permissions. If a user name has special characters (e.g. ",", space characters, etc.), SQL Compliance Manager fails to grant permissions to the account and terminates the installation. 

The workaround for this issue is:

1. Run SQLCMInstall-64bit-v5.5.0.EXE. SQL Compliance Manager displays the main installation window

2. Go to the following path: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\IDERA\ IDERA SQL Compliance Manager\5.5.0\MSI Packages
3. Copy the SQLcompliance-x64.exe  installer to another directory
4. Close the SQLCMInstall-64bit-v5.5.0.EXE installer and run the SQLcompliance-x64.exe installer
5. Grant the necessary permissions once the installation completes.
