SQL Elements If you no longer wish to monitor an instance, IDERA SQL Inventory Manager allows you to remove instances that you no longer wish to monitorfrom monitoring and move them to the Ignored Tab.

You can access this option on the following views:

• Instances tab -  Managed Instances view - The Remove option is located under More Actions on the action items bar or on the Home tab - The Remove option is located on the gear icon next to the instances instance you want to remove.Instances tab -  SQL Licensing view - The Remove option is under More Actions on the action items bar or on the
• Instance details view - The Remove option is located on the gear icon next to the instances instance you want to remove.Dashboard tab - Gear
• Instances tab >  Managed by Instances view - The Remove option is located on the gear icon next to the respective instance.  Instance details view - Action instance you want to disable, or under the More Actions button Image Added  on the action items bar.

When If you remove an instance, IDERA SQL Elements no Inventory Manager no longer monitors that instance, deletes all associated data from the database, and adds the instance to the list of ignored instances.
