• Instances tab > Managed view - The The Remove option option is located under More Actions on the action items bar or on the gear icon next to the instances instance you want to remove, or under More Actions on the action items bar. Note that you must select at least one instance to have this option enabled.
• Instances tab > SQL Licensing view - The RemoveDisable Monitoring option is under More Actions on the action items bar or located on the the gear icon next to the instances instance you want to remove, or under More Actions on the action items bar. Note that you must select at least one instance to have this option enabled.
• Overview tab - Gear icon next to the respective instance.  
• Instance details view - Action items bar.
