The Alerts, issued by Alerts, are based on information collected by Insight agents, agents of Precise products, or Report Manager agents. For most of the metrics, Alerts enables you to launch the relevant Precise product without returning to the StartPoint screen. See “Configuring Configuring Alerts metric settings” on page 63settings.
