You can generate CLI and T-SQL scripts for backup and restore operations through the Backup and Restore wizards. SQL Safe Backup generates the CLI or T-SQL script using the settings you specified for the backup or restore operation.

If you need a command line or T-SQL script for your backup or restore, SQL Safe Backup provides the the Generate Script button  button to let you generate CLI and T-SQL scripts for these operations. When you use a wizard to run a backup or restore, SQL Safe Backup disables this button until sufficient criteria exists to generate a script. SQL Safe Backup generates the CLI or T-SQL script using the settings you specified for the backup or restore operation.

You can generate script through the Backup Wizard or the Restore Wizard once your settings provide SQL Safe Backup with enough information to create the script. Click Click Generate Script, and SQL Safe displays command line script by default. Click the the T-SQL button  button and SQL Safe displays the script in T-SQL format.

To retain your script in either format, click the Save to a file or Copy script to clipboard icon. SQL Safe Backup also allows you to use normal select, cut, copy, and paste functionality directly on the displayed script.
