You may occasionally encounter errors, such as a directory checksum error, when extracting the Uptime Infrastructure Monitor agent installation package.

To resolve this error

  1. Download the agent package again.
  2. Make sure that all file transfers are completed in BINARY mode, including FTP / NFS transfers.
  3. Do not edit the installer file with a text editor.
