These values are specific to the database instance. The values may be changed if they are not desirable.
This is the location of features shared by all instances of SQL Server on a single computer. It is recommended to use the default. If an instance of the current version of SQL Server already exists on this machine then you must ensure that this directory matches the current location of the shared directory.
Locate or enter the location for the new instance.
The current version of Microsoft SQL Server requires strong passwords. LANSA generates a default password for the default SQL Server administrator login (sa) which satisfies this requirement. To log in to your database instance's server as "sa", you will need this password.
Select this option to mask the passwords as they are typed.
