Google Material Design Style

The new screen styles are biased towards using Google Material Design (GMD) style - {+}https://material.io/guidelines/+

• Small and medium devices always use GMD style.
• Large devices may also use GMD by adding &Material=Y to their URL, but by default they will continue to use current Microsoft Desktop style.

GMD style is different to the Windows desktop style. For example, it has no toolbar even on a desktop:
