Zoom And Shrink Filter, Instance List and Command Handler Panes

Filters and command handlers can now be zoomed and shrunk using a new status bar feature.
Users can move the slider, or click on the bar to select a predefined size:

As an example, here is the shipped Business Object 101 example with the filter exaggeratedly shrunk and the command handler exaggeratedly zoomed:
