Read the content of local file on mobile device.
Properties
FileName
Fully qualified name of the file to read.
FileType
Type of file to read. Valid options: TEXT, BIN
FileEncoding
How the file is encoded. Valid options: UTF8, UTF16, ASCII
DataEncoding
How the data is encoded. Valid options: NONE, BASE64, URL
